PAPILLONS a.s. was established in 1999; it was initially concerned with economic, organizational and advisory activities in the business sphere. In 2001, the company started to operate as a trading company. In 2003, the company overtook business activities from the cooperative society VZOR Ždírec nad Doubravou. In 2004, the company purchased manufacturing premises in Přibyslav from VZOR and took over some of its production - terry products, dishcloths, mattress damasks for furniture producers. It sold its products on the domestic market - especially to hotels, spa houses, retail chains and wholesale stores.
